We collect information you give us directly, including your name, email address, postal and delivery address, phone number, and any details you include in an enquiry, order or booking. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address.

We do not store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and card information is handled by them directly.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, manage workshop, tour and mentoring bookings, send newsletters where you have opted in, improve the website, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only where it is necessary to run the business, including with our website platform, payment providers, print and framing suppliers, delivery carriers, and email and analytics providers.
