How your order is made
Made to order
All photographic prints are custom printed specifically for you, then sent to the studio to be signed, dated and numbered.
Framed fine art prints are delivered to the framer’s studio, where they are completed within 28 business days. All other in-stock items are dispatched within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Packaging
Unframed prints are handled with white gloves and rolled into a reinforced cardboard tube for protection.
Framed prints are packed in a custom-made travel box, sealed for safe delivery, and sent by courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

International orders may attract customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These are payable by the recipient. See the terms and conditions.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Your artwork is custom-produced and dispatched from the print studio in Australia. All parcels are sent registered via Australia Post or courier, and international orders are tracked.
When will my order be dispatched?
Every photographic print is printed to order, then signed, dated and numbered in the studio. Framed fine art prints are completed within 28 business days. Other in-stock items are dispatched within 72 hours of your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and shipping updates.
I haven’t received any email updates. What should I do?
Updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. Check that inbox, including spam and promotions folders. If there is still nothing, contact the studio and we will help promptly.
Can I get my order sooner?
For urgent orders, contact the studio before ordering with the artwork, destination and date you need it. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
