Our Architecture Photography Workshop is designed for photographers of all levels who have a passion for architectural design and a desire to capture it in captivating imagery. WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS

Our workshop begins with exploring various architectural styles and eras, ranging from Gothic cathedrals to modern skyscrapers. This enables participants to gain an understanding of the diversity of architectural forms and the unique photographic challenges they pose. An essential part of the workshop involves practical shooting in the field and visiting multiple architectural sites under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Please note this is a walking photo tour.

During the workshop, participants will learn essential technical skills such as controlling exposure, focus, and depth of field using manual camera settings. Relevant topics like lens selection and the use of tripods for stability and accuracy are also covered. Effective composition techniques, including the rule of thirds, leading lines, and symmetry, are taught to create visually captivating images. We also guide participants on capturing buildings from different angles and perspectives, adding depth to their photographs.

Finally, the course delves into the crucial aspect of lighting and its impact on the appearance of buildings at different times of the day. Participants learn to work with natural light and understand its changes. You will walk away with an understanding of capturing the soft, warm hues of the golden hour and managing harsh midday light, gaining a comprehensive understanding of leveraging light in architectural photography.
